Consulting Billing Rates and Terms* $300 per hour ·        Billed in 15 minute increments when in office including telephone calls ·        Minimum 4 hours/day outside of office or State of Arizona Daily Rate $2,000 per day inside US Outside the State of Arizona Daily Rate $2,500 per day outside US ·        International Travel ·        50% daily rate for travel to and from assignment ·        Business Class for all travel over 2 hours ·        All expenses reimbursed within 10 days Contract required for all consulting assignments with retainer paid monthly in advance on the first of each month. All contracts must include a minimum of 3 month cancellation notice. Contracts for 6-12 months must include a 6 month cancellation notice. *Effective January 1, 2007.

All rates are subject to change depending on the size and length of the project. Long term contract rates are determined individually and posted rates may not apply. This determination will be based on a thorough evaluation of each project and quote given to prospective clients by PPN. "Work for Hire" and "Venture" rates will be negotiated prior to any work started. Work on projects will not commence before negotiations are complete and a retainer has been paid in full. PPN reserves the right to turn down, for any reason, any proposals at it's discretion.
